We aim for 2 business days for all enquiries. Pilot and partnership requests may take a little longer as we want to give them proper attention.
Yes — go to Settings → Data & Privacy in the app, or mention a privacy request in the form above. We process deletion within a reasonable time and confirm when done.
All researcher access goes through our operator agreement process. Describe your research goals in the form, and we'll schedule a conversation to walk through consent, data governance, and available aggregated insights.
