Your rights

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.

Voice data

Audio is processed to text and discarded by default. We do not store raw recordings for training.

Buyer privacy

Buyer purchase history is private and not visible to sellers or operators.

Seller records

Sales logs belong to sellers and can be exported or deleted where supported.

Aggregation

Market intelligence is aggregated and anonymised before analysis.

Security

One-time codes are not stored in plain text and production traffic should use TLS.

Transfers

Where vendors process data across borders, safeguards and subprocessors are documented.

Controls

Delete, export, opt out, or close your account from Settings where available.
